Hello everyone.

Today I found out that I got waitlisted for an online MFA program; an online MFA in creative writing with a concentration in poetry. If space opens up, I guess I’m in. And I’m actually currently enrolled in a master’s in English literature, online. My backup plan is to just go with my current program in literature in case the MFA program doesn’t accept me. This is all for the Fall 2025 semester, the coming fall semester.

Today I also got further along into a memoir by Sinéad O’Connor, titled Rememberings. I’ve decided that it’s one of my favorite books/memoirs I’ve ever read so far. It’s told with an honesty, frankness, and vulnerability that’s rare to find, I guess. I’ve actually watched a couple of documentaries about O’Connor’s life, and I like her music a lot. I can tell she was a beautiful soul; may she rest in eternal peace.

Today is also a day of Ramadan, the holy month of Ramadan in the Islamic faith. I hope God hears me today, and everyone who is in need of Him. I have so many things I want in life, still. I’m 31 years old and I have some negative things happening, and a lot of positive things that I wish to happen. And I want a happy life. Music, books, and artwork make me happy. I want an intense happiness, an unshakable one.
